A Documentary Portrait of Lola at Work. Exploratory Portrait Is a Shop just a Stage?
Lola is a ‘punk’ musician who at the time was working in a local health food store to
supplement her income. Lola is one of the most expressive women that I have met,
throughout the nine to five day her mood would fluctuate. She engaged with everyone
who came through the door and met each customer with her transparent and
authentic self. The shop became another stage another performance. She met her
customers with mood, with the everyday pressures of life and with attitude.
